In need of certain services for your event?
We offer a variety of services to fit all your event needs:
Arrangement for shuttles, create itineraries and confirm schedule - $200
Arrange and attend site visits up to 3 in the same day and 5 total. Negotiate contract and submit pricing to client - $500
Communicate with hotels and create room blocks at up to 3 properties - $300
Welcome Bag Assembly & Delivery
Delivered to hotel blocks (not including inventory) - All materials must be provided at least 2 weeks to event date – starting at $300 for 100 bags, and $100 for additional 50.
Mail all invitations (envelopes must be sealed and addressed with proper postage), receive and track returned responses, reach out for unconfirmed invites –starting at $500 for up to 200 guests, $125 per additional 50.
